  • A: Yes! A wash and conditioning is always included in the original price unless we discuss otherwise. Your hair will be cleansed and conditioned before styling for the best results.

  • A: A silk press is a method of straightening natural hair using a blow dryer and flat iron. This service does not involve any chemical straightening products—it’s all about achieving a smooth, silky finish with heat styling.
